You can have your very own private cabin on beautiful Victoria Lake, Vancouver Island, BC. Have your own exclusive getaway or use it for fishing and hunting.
It is located only 15 minutes from Port Alice (pop. 800). This nicely finished 10 yr old cabin is self-contained and very comfortable. It is located along the freshwater lake with its own private beach.
Enjoy spectacular views of the lake and mountains. The lake is abundant with lake trout and is known for producing 5lb's and larger fish. All amenities are in nearby towns Port Alice, Port McNeill and Port Hardy. Access to the West Coast is 20 minutes away.

· Access - Located on Northern Vancouver Island the cabin is accessible from several logging roads either from Port McNeill or Port Alice. Minimum 15mins drive on dirt road. Parking for two vehicles or RV in pullout with a 130ft trail to cabin. The lakeshore provides access to the cabin's beach with small aluminum boats. The boat launch is located across the lake near the mill's pump house and requires a 15 to 20min drive along logging roads.
· Neighbors - There are no nearby neighbors however there are almost 100 cabins along the shores and on islands. The cabin is located by itself along the north east portion of the lake near the mouth of Link River (Marble River). The cabin is barely visible from the lake, however from the cabin there are views of nearly 3/4 of the lake. Communications are minimal with most opting for satellite phones, tv and internet.
· Victoria Lake - At an elevation of 300ft, the lake stretches up to 1.5km wide for 25km and varies in depth from several feet to over 1000ft. Large cutthroat trout are abundant and small boats can access all the hot spots. There are two campsites nearby, the Spruce Bay Campsite and the Link River Campsite.
